There is no similarity of compensation globally. No substantial increment provided for loyal and contributing employees. Huge disparity between salary structure with that of market. No other benefits apart from the offer letter. Compensation should be at least as per market and not by assumptions.
Salary hike and Salary Correction is so poor in Vodafone. Though we beg for our Salary Correction but they don’t do. Pathetic

Hiring based on skills, experience and competencies vs network
technical capability needs to be improved. Also the leadership team should be coming more towards ground level to understand the ground reality. Top down approach should be scrapped.
The coworkers need to communicate more effectively and own problems. Everything seems like someone else's problem here and things go in circles for weeks to months before there is a resolve. The meetings are ridiculously long and useless.

Bossing culture and top to bottom approach needs to be changed. Only doing customer , customer will not serve the purpose. You need to look after your off-shore employees better.

Customer centricity and agile ways of thinking
Customer service is quite bad and internal processes. Everything takes ages go progress which can be frustrating for the customers and time consuming for the employees
The company is too slow, the meetings too long, and the environment is not using technology very well. They're imposing technology on people when technology should be adopted to resolve problems.
