For a global FTSE 100 company, it is extremely fast paced and embracing positive change

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fair and transparent HR processes, engaged leaders

Bossing culture and top to bottom approach needs to be changed. Only doing customer , customer will not serve the purpose. You need to look after your off-shore employees better.

Better clarification on processes and accountabilities.
