We have a very open and honest Teams of Trust ethos. We work in multi functional teams and many of the Operations and Support groups work together very well globally.
A little more stability in senior management roles - BPO's in general have a high turnover. This is costly and people have to start building work relationships on a regular basis = steep learning curves.
