Improve shipping. Communicate with customers about backorders. Do not allow customers to treat employee bad.
Last meeting the sup complained about being busy. She is not able to answer questions, says she will find out then no follow up.
Stop allowing customers to treat employees poorly. Something may be going wrong with their order but we should not be expected to give the customer more than what we make in a week. The nasty customers reviews should not impact our continued employment or pay.
