
I believe corporate needs to be involved in reshaping how things are handled within the franchises.
Not waiting hours for the interviewing manager to show up. several people have walked out while just waiting.
Not enough characters to describe what happened, and to feel better an investigation, proper information and availability to HR.
The team is the positive culture but it is hard to keep that up with negativity consistently coming from management.
The shift leads and team are fine, there are a few who do contribute to the issues but for the most part they do their job.
