
I have noticed an excessive amount of bad reviews about customer service being bad and how food is late or getting orders wrong or not getting a refund when they want it.
The shift lead and general manager are the problem. They don't know how to handle a situation calmly. The problems always start from the top which are general manager and shift leads.
Toxic people create a toxic environment so eliminate the toxic behavior. Consider others health before the company. Consider others. Allow people to call off when they want to. Dont force them to work when they try to call off.
