Everyone finds it easy to relate when it comes to interests and hobbies. We all strongly value quality customer service whether it be the food or the interactions we have with them.
I was promised a raise after being cross-trained but never actually received my raise until 6 months after already being cross-trained. The new hires were started out at a higher pay than my current pay at the time, and they weren't cross-trained.
They have good core values but when it comes to enforcing them they take it over the top. They have no tolerance for tardiness and no drive to motivate lazy workers on the job (many of whom are young teens). They seem to be fixated on the small things and don't relay plans to staff properly.
