We all talk and joke around. Even when we are being overrun by orders we are singing and dancing around. Saying "Welcome to Wingstop.!" Anytime someone walks in with a smile they always reciprocate.
They really understand and listen. All very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt right at home the first 10 minutes of working there, and I hadn't even started my first shift. Those were just the warm welcomes from my leadership and crew.
Robert was friendly, I loved his dedication to his work, and he asked great questions. Things that obviously an employer should know, but his vibe didn't make me feel nervous or anything. It was like I was just having a conversation with an old friend.
