What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits and HSA are very good. The annual bonus is also attractive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is really passionate about what they do, they work really hard to make a difference. Their hearts are in the right place.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is so willing to learn about each other's passions, culture, language and families. The Deaf employees are so wonderful to work with and I love that they really want to build a better future for themselves.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

General work civility must be improved, there have been a lot of passive-aggressive and derogatory comments being made at the top level - often in a joking manner but the repetition of this behavior is a growing concern and is contagious in the work culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We must approach our vision and goals with surgical precision, we can't keep chasing opportunities that aren't thoroughly researched and vetted. We have to stop focusing so much on what's in front of us and focus long term. We lack a strong strategic leader resulting in silos.
