I am trusted to do my job without being constantly checked up on.

Nobody is checking up on you to ensure you are working. Fuze operates with a culture of trust.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am well paid and also given a lot of freedom in how I conduct my responsibilities and from where I work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have a 'yes' attitude and always find a way to get things done. They are fun in and out of the office.

I believe I am paid significantly higher than others in my position in other companies. And I am totally flexible in my work patterns.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by a number of people both face-to-face and by video and part of the interview was a role play which I loved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very approachable and always willing to visit a potential client with you. They hold regular Town Halls where they share openly and honestly what is happening inside the company.

It doesn't just ask you if you can do the job ('of course I can') it then sets up a role play to test how you interact and perform the tasks you say you are good at.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to use my skills every day and believe that my skills and my job are a very good match up. There is a lot of variety in my job and, although I am pleasantly busy I don't feel stressed.
