Up front commissions are paid within 3 days of transmitting business and each agen can decide wether to be paid up front or as earned.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My RSC has been with the company for a long time and is only concerned with making money. He is not there for our DSC’s or agents further than the hiring process.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop thinking they are beyond training. 2 of our oldest agents believe they don’t need any training and defy at every opportunity. It kills the morale of the group.
