Seeing projects I have worked on elevating to production and receiving feedback on how they are utilized by our customers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees fear losing their jobs to outsourcing. This is incredibly frustrating when many of us have dedicated alot of time away from our families to constantly hear how easily we can be replaced. It's disrespectful and painful. Makes me wish I would have invested that time with my kids.
