So far I'm impressed with the work ethic, communication, and caliber of the people involved. We have a lot of go-getters, positive learners who are happy to help each other succeed. It's great to have a competitive culture- my first group meeting was awards and it really motivated me to excel.

A culture of helping people, not selling anyone what they don't need, and working together to succeed as a team. I love the competitions and rewards. It's very motivating!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people aspect. Connecting with people who can be helped by our products and services. Making a difference in people's lives and getting to know business owners and their employees. Doing this as a team doubles the happiness.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very laid back but also to the point. It was not a long drawn out process, and I was able to get a good idea of my RSC's work ethic, personality, and goals which was key to my wanting to work for Aflac.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other and cheer each other on. We are competitive, and push to win. We communicate often and clearly. We strive to be fair in working together on accounts and sharing AP and alternating accounts when prospecting. One team member will pick up where another left off. True teamwork
