Very poor customer service or follow up calls. Rude on phone calls. Transfers calls before finished speaking.
Get some customer service. Provide what they state they will provide. Stop playing games and figure out how to respond instead of delaying and delaying response to an issue. I have not gotten ANY CPAP supplies in over 6 months because Apria keeps losing the information and put idiots on the phone
