I love working at Aura, I think it is a fast paced company but with real people at the head. Everyone is kind and understanding and wants people within the company to succeed. I have only worked here for a short time but have been thoroughly impressed with this company and its values.

Have not worked with any of them closely enough to know but everything I have heard about Aura as a workplace has been so positive and inviting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are so kind! While we are a quickly growing tech company, the company culture is very people oriented and really easy to thrive in.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people with their identity or online security issues and having positive results, and also being a listening ear for someone who is in a time of crisis. I also love interacting with my team and managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love the benefits and love this company, the hourly wages just feel low for how demanding of a role it can sometimes be, requiring you to be constantly available throughout the day and gaining additional wages purely through comission, but other benefits and company culture are absolutely great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is kind, funny, and hard working. It is nice to be surrounded by other people who believe in the service and who are working towards similar goals, but are easy to get along with and talk to. I love interacting with them and feel lucky to be a part of this team!
