Overall my experience at BEGiN has been positive. I think there are some benefits the company could consider adding to be more aggressive with employee retention (such as work/life balance changes like summer hours or increased PTO). But overall my experience is positive.

I have a great manager at the company that really makes the culture positive.

Having autonomy with my job, but yet a team I can lean on for support when I need to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a good job of keeping us updated on happenings with the company and seems to really care about their teams.
