Our team genuinely feels like a family. There is a true "in it together" mentality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very positive culture. I think everyone is constantly working to make it a great place for all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are good with adjusting to whatever is thrown at them. They definitely care about the company and people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my compensation is on the lower end of what I should be getting paid but some of the other perks and benefits make up for it.
