The transition from previous company to this one was extremely smooth. If there were any issues, which there were, people took action to resolve them. Concerns have been taken seriously and the people I have interacted with outside of my immediate group have always been nice and helpful.

We are positive and enjoy the job. Our manager is a huge part of why our team is much happier than other teams doing the same thing we do.

My particular team works great together and is always willing to help one another! I am the senior person on my team and the others don't hesitate to reach out and ask questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My rate of pay does not reflect the years of experience I have. Incoming people are starting at only 15-20% below my base pay with no experience. My 30+ years of experience should be reflected considering my 100% dedication to doing the best possible job year after year.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission on top of base salary. I do feel employees with many years of experience have a small pay advantage compared to new hires doing the same thing with no to little experience. They seem to be able to negotiate pay without having to prove themselves. senior employees' pay fall short.
