It's great. I love my job, the only downside is the lack of pay and the overkill on ride-alongs. Currently managers ride with us 7 times per year, and even though I love my manager and her support, it's way too much. Most companies and where I've worked before it's once per quarter.

Everyone is supportive of one another. Everyone will pitch in to help each other.

All of my team is great with the exception of one person who tends to be negative and creates drama.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
culture is great and the passion for our products is phenomenal. Care beyond skin is really felt. Care for the environment is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is way less than others with the same experience at other companies. My current pay is less than I made in the past.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my providers and our products. I love that my providers are always happy to see me and that what we provide really enhance patients lives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people share the same passion about the company, our products and it carries over into the same feeling for one another. The company has also made stride towards sustainability.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is great, very supportive and motivating. I feel like those above haven't done anything to address the lack of pay compared to similar jobs in the same field.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other companies in the same space and same job description, our pay is well under them. Starting salaries for my competitive colleagues is more, even for those who are just starting out and in entry levels. My current pay is well under the median income for where I live.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently making well below the standard median income for my job and where I live. Merit increases were only given based on reco data v. all of the other things that were above expectations. The bonus structure doesn't seem fair or is achievable. I'm making the same now as I did in 1992
