I've been a loyal Beiersdorfer for more than 10 years. I really admire the company's internal people's culture based on the core value of Care. What I think BDF USA should focus on is to retain its top talent by improving their compensation, benefits and work life balance

When I think about the scope of my responsibilities and the number of contributions, both strategic and operational, I bring to most of the stakeholders within the Company, I really do believe I'm quite underpaid
