Over the 8 years I have been at beiersdorf i have seem a lot of change (leadership, location and structure). in this past year I feel all the change is happening at once on top of the business not doing well. my role feels a lot of pressure and it has effected my health and work/life balance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that i get to work crossfunctionally with so many people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus & salary which we have been told several times now this year we wont be getting

i love my coworkers on my level because I can vent to them and also use them as a resouce to do my job better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the grow in the US has led to a very intense, frantic culture and senior managment. some busiess the company has bought dont seem to be going well (coppertone, chantecaille) and the pressure from the US and Global board on some if the launches (euc sun, face) and legacy busienss (aqu) is intense
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
clear goals and objectives. we are focused on too many things right now eveyone is drowing in work and its adding a lit of stress, there are also way too manh trainings. I feel when i meet with my manager i have 100 things to ho over with her because there is so much change and ambiguity
