My first year has been great. The first few months it was definitely a lot to learn, know who to speak with and ways of working. However, I have had nothing but support with every person I have worked with.

Collaboration and their willingness to support (even if outside of their direct roles).

They are transparent, accountable and make the total company goals and team goals clear and achievable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The long term incentives and additional compensation is tied to total company success and target achievement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Receiving positive feedback from a job well done, problem solving with co-workers, and knowing I helped with creating successful sales presentations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A couple things stand out...First, having the opportunity to work with different teams (sales strategy, marketing, sales teams, shopper, etc.) is a huge deal. Second, ability to advance and even move to roles outside of your current expertise.
