I have worked at BNSF for 11 years and the culture is absolutley horrible. The pay and the benefits are good. As soon as can find something comparable in pay I will be leaving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get 15 days of sick time per year. The only draw back is if you use more the 6 in a year you are punished and taken to investigation to decide weather you can keep your job or not.
