Safety safety,Don't take time off.Shareholders are upset at record profits.

Being told a thank you once in awhile.Or being in the loop on your shifts lack of."lack of communications Hurts everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transfers most times have a clue in my home terminal.Of whats happening or going on via train movement.Lots of hand in cookie jar per say.It all trickles down hill.
