Toxic work environment. Awful management, awful hours, no home life. Unless you plan on being single your entire life and enjoy missing every holiday and enjoy beinf stuck in hotel for 24-48 houra at a time, dont even bother applying. Bad move, stay away.

Having managers/CEO's be honest would he a great start. Most people dont appreciate being lied to and stolen from. They violate our agreements daily.

Treat your employees better and you wont have problem hiring anyone. Wors got out you treat us like trash and its affecting your hiring process.
