Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We receive zero sick days and are harassed for trying to take earned vacation days. The company continually fights to reduce benefits every contract.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My brothers and sisters are the hardest working, most honest men and women on the planet. Our team continually makes the impossible happen while incompetent management tries to sabotage us with its inability to plan and the lack of resources it provides.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management at my work location does not want to pay us the hours we work or allow us to take the vacation time we have earned. We are under a collective bargaining agreement they signed with the union but do not want to follow after the fact. They have hired more people to cut and audit your pay
