I truly enjoy working for CACI. I work on a large project and I've worked for the company for two years now. It appears that all the employees don't really know the company or understand the pillars. There seems to be a lack of pride.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of them need training and we all need process improvement. We need to document our processes and agree on them as a team. This will resolve the majority of our team conflicts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work quietly and having something challenging to work on that will take me a while to work on and keep me busy and keep my creative juices going. I like to build things.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More team spirit and team building. More interaction as a team. If we had more team training and more team discussions and we discussed our decisions as a group to get by in, I think we would all be able to move forward in a more positive way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I went in to Crystal City to meet with the interviewer in person. He was very nice and we talked for about an hour about the project and about the company. It was during covid and we discussed the challenges. He was honest about the future and the unknown.
