This is a very stressful job made worse by low pay and little recognition. I love what I do, and the people I work with. I am very fortunate to be at a wonderful school with people and directors who truly care.

The happiness the children bring, and the satisfaction of a job well done

A day without anyone getting hurt, everyone is happy, we are not over ratio, stress is low, and someone compliments anything at all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should have better compensation for workers that have been with the company for a long time. We should also have matching 401k.
