I love my director and all she does to better the school and keep lines of communication open
Not caring leadership. All the care about is overcrowding classrooms and making money.
Friendly, kind, nice and understandable
Very accommodating and compassionate towards work/family life
They are extremely helpful. They are always there to give you feedback.
Communication and planning ahead need to be addressed.
Hiring and being kind to others
Everything pay us fairly charge parents fairly listen to us
Communication teachers always the last to know.
Listening to it's employees and doing a better job of educating the kids instead of worrying about the bottom line. Which seems like it's just their paycheck since the teachers aren't paid well.
Pay is fair and commensurate with experiene.
I like that there a multiple health options but enjoy having dental coverage
It was everything including not to bad
The benefits are very good.
I really like the 401 K plan
Not paid enough for being a full time teacher and manager of a school.
Better pay and more benefits
My A.D. will snap at me if I am to ask for help in my room or of i ask for anything. I got called in early because a call out, not only is there no thank you for being a teacher they can count on, they "forgot" i opened. So there was ZERO communication that they messed up. Should stop gossiping.
I make barely over minimum wage even with a degree. When they decided to raise the starting pay they needed to bump current employees to match. Now all the employees that have worked for the company for years are making the same as the 18 year old they hire off the street.
this company doesnt see us as humans
That we are a community of educators who seek to teach the future.
I get to work with dedicated teachers
We all care about each other
My co-teacher and my coworkers are all very sweet women
We have each others backs
Respect together and make good environment
If we all help each other out more
being more empathetic and knowledgeable on special needs in the classroom and following a plan also same for treating teachers with special needs.
Everyone needs to come to work for the most part call out only make it more hectic. We are running out of compliance over ratio with no support in the classrooms.
Review from Admin Dept
Support from management. They will support at their own willingness. If we threaten to contact HR we will get support
Being able to teach children how to help themselves within the classroom.
The children and the different culture
Most toxic environment since they all get together at lunch time in director's office and talk about others. I over heard myself talking about me while passing by iffice. I emailed the HR and director andvi didnt hear anything back.
The teachers care about each other
It's a place to collect some type of wage
Review from Customer Support Dept
Respect and good behavior together
A refocus on the mission statement and making employees feel valued... financially and personally.
Management for sure! Director needs to get her priorities straight
Transparency and equality for all the employees
Better compensation and better higher management.
Hired without neeting me and when i asked to see the location they said no do you want the job or nit
They did ask lots of questions and I should've taken that as a red flag knowing that the center has been going through a lot of drama
Review from Admin Dept
The director didnt pry into my personal details and simply assessed my ability to do the job
It was very easy and relaxed
Showcasing my skills, experience and background
Review from Admin Dept
Meet me in person before offering me the job
the managers lie about everything
Communicating with one another helps
Asking if you have any health issues that you would have to desl with while at work.
The interview process was fine, but it was obvious they are trying to fill a void instead of actually hire a lead teacher that cares.
The kids learning, laughing, and having fun and calling my name.
Hugs from children, Parents happiness with MY WORK. Leaving for the day.
Being able to communicate with my co-workers.
Being a teacher and watching the kids learn and achieve.
The children are what keeps me coming back

Management need to help more
I have no faith in my management. I can not trust them. If i hear my AD talking bad about other staff up front, why would i trust her with anything? I have spoke to them about help with my class, they will send the most helpless co teacher & i have all the work load. They show they could care less.
Needs a new supervisor ans needs to be more organized. Should be way more staff if the supervisor is refusing to let people go to the doctor because of the responsiblity they have.
Teachers being more equipped to deal with special needs. more proffesionalism, communication between admin and teacher s and telling the truth to the parents, benefits,
Review from Customer Success Dept
The parents never know who will have their child or where their child's things are. The teachers dont even know who is doing what or where the kids are.
Benefits, parents, children, staff, infants
