What is the onboarding process like at Cadence Education and how long does it last?
You are told at the interview that you get a three day on boarding process which is watching videos, half of the time and then being in classrooms half of the time. Often this step is completely skipped and you were just thrown into a classroom, not knowing anything.
How flexible is your work schedule at Cadence Education?
Work schedules are not flexible at all. You are often working longer days than you should and many times you do not even receive a lunch break.
How helpful was your Admin team when you were first hired at Cadence Education?
I was told that they would be super helpful and then anytime I asked a question or needed help. I was told that’s not my job.

You’re just asked to leave the property

Avoid the hassle these centers are extremely stressful and many times you were left out of compliance out of ratio and you are not even well compensated. It is not worth it.

Everything is reported to your assigned HR person, and they will always back the manager. They will never back the employees, even though some things are captured on film.

Employees get raises once a year based on a performance review and if your management does not like you, you will not get a raise

Cadence will literally hire anybody. I’ve heard many times just hi bodies you cannot be picky with the people you are hiring. Go set up a stand at Walmart and higher employees as we need them.

70+ hours. Snow days and holidays you are expected to use your laptop and work from home. You earn PTO and sick time and can never use it. Salaried employees are told they are not entitled to a lunch break.
