  • You are told at the interview that you get a three day on boarding process which is watching videos, half of the time and then being in classrooms half of the time. Often this step is completely skipped and you were just thrown into a classroom, not knowing anything.

  • Cadence will literally hire anybody. I’ve heard many times just hi bodies you cannot be picky with the people you are hiring. Go set up a stand at Walmart and higher employees as we need them.
