I love my director and all she does to better the school and keep lines of communication open
Not caring leadership. All the care about is overcrowding classrooms and making money.
Friendly, kind, nice and understandable
Very accommodating and compassionate towards work/family life
They are extremely helpful. They are always there to give you feedback.
Leadership and communication is poor

Their support and guidance to continue to better myself and grow within the company
They try to be fair to each employee.
They make a point to be close with every family and every child.
Management varies from school to school but at ours the managers work hard and respect their staff.
Our leadership team is very understanding
It's pretty good for the most part
It’s good could use some work on stre
Communication, organization, leading, structure, everything that I manager is supposed to do
Communication and planning ahead need to be addressed.
Hiring and being kind to others
Everything pay us fairly charge parents fairly listen to us
Communication teachers always the last to know.
Listening to it's employees and doing a better job of educating the kids instead of worrying about the bottom line. Which seems like it's just their paycheck since the teachers aren't paid well.
Treating people with kindness and respect.
Need to get better at communicating and not put new employees down when they are trying to learn
Teacher support and holding families accountable
Communication and knowing when they are wrong
Communication and organization of the school.
Communication is probably the worst thing
Transparency to say the least. Figure out as much as you can before you ask them for help
Start listening and be transparent
Treating employees fairly. Offering them better wages that reflect the price raises of childcare.
Communicating and being sensitive to one another not talking behing employees backs!
Being there for the kids, not the money. Remembering that you are only willing to pay teachers barely above minimum wage, so cannot expect them to perform like masters degree level teachers.
Support teachers more, restroom breaks
