Most toxic environment since they all get together at lunch time in director's office and talk about others. I over heard myself talking about me while passing by iffice. I emailed the HR and director andvi didnt hear anything back.

Nothing at the moment. It use to be my management, but its honestly to see how terrible myself & co-workers can be treated. There is no accountality for any person who works at the front. They just sit and gossip.

Every single thing that goes on here
Leadership and positive role modeling of how a preschool should run. Rules and standards are necessary to follow and the lack of enforcement has made a slack environment of employees and good employees are picking up the slack
Management needs to be changed (both Center Director and Assistant Director), the morale is so low cause management cannot communicate with the employees about anything, making classrooms to be over ratio during the day. Still not enough space to write a review.
