Cadence Education Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Hired without neeting me and when i asked to see the location they said no do you want the job or nit

They did ask lots of questions and I should've taken that as a red flag knowing that the center has been going through a lot of drama

Review from Admin Dept

The director didnt pry into my personal details and simply assessed my ability to do the job

It was very easy and relaxed

Showcasing my skills, experience and background

Review from Admin Dept

The person interviewing me for sure

Meeting with the associate director and touring the facility.

It is was fast and easy

The lies that they told to get you to work there

Review from Customer Success Dept

Misty was very kind ! She is no longer there and since she left the company went downhill.

That everyone seemed sincere and honest.

Friendliness and candidness of the interviewee

Tbe conversation with the director was very positive

It was a pretty easy job to get

Old boss was great. Friendly. Seemed invested

At first the Center Director was easy to speak to but now it becomes harder and harder. The center director only says things that she thinks employees should hear and not fall through on things when asked.

Meeting the then Director she was kind but firm, fair and motivated she was able to answer any questions I had directly. And always got back to staff even if to say I haven’t found out the answer and that was great. Now it’s hard to get a response let alone an answer and our now director we

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Meet me in person before offering me the job

the managers lie about everything

Communicating with one another helps

Asking if you have any health issues that you would have to desl with while at work.

The interview process was fine, but it was obvious they are trying to fill a void instead of actually hire a lead teacher that cares.

After completing first interview with corporate in Arizona, was waiting to schedule second interview with Sonya Hubbard and instead I was given feedback in my classroom in front of a new teacher and Director which both were in training.

Hire more qualified people, please

Asking questions that show interviewers intentions and abulity to care for others letting emplyee know wgat to expect and what they want from you

Review from Operations Dept

Not take so long on training new employess and start them working after they finish training and record there hours

Review from Customer Support Dept

Not Misleading potential employees and just be honest and direct

Review from Admin Dept
