I get to work with dedicated teachers

We all care about each other

My co-teacher and my coworkers are all very sweet women

We have each others backs

The staff is nice but the managing is not.

They genuinely love their stidents!

They come to work daily.

The staff is great overall and very intuitive on problems needing corrections.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If we all help each other out more

being more empathetic and knowledgeable on special needs in the classroom and following a plan also same for treating teachers with special needs.

Everyone needs to come to work for the most part call out only make it more hectic. We are running out of compliance over ratio with no support in the classrooms.

They need to work on organizing and being a good team but they are lacking with communication

Most of my coworkers also talk behind my back and spread rumors. I just feel anxious about going to work everyday.

People need to ask questions and also again jot be rude while asking. And have constructive criticism not get mad and argue with them when they dont like something thr other person does

Less talking more training an more hands-on on supervision and management needs to be more involved

Communicating with others is something we need to work on

The training of staff needs to be consistent in order for everyone to be on the same page and understand how to work with the students. I believe a lot of the negativity stemmed from others feeling they were being better, worse than others around them.

The teachers are young and are full of gossip. The 2 directors dont try to stop it. They feed into the drama. They never bring up serious problems within the school
