Management needs to learn to be professional in handling tough situations. If any issues arise, belittling and degrading the teachers in front of the kids and other teachers in the room isn't the way to go. They preach professionalism and respect, yet don't act on it themselves.

I started minimum wage, then after being promoted to lead teacher I wasn't given a raise. There are teachers that have their degrees that are only getting paid minimum wage. It's completely wrong.
