Please stay away from this company! I thought it was just the school I worked for but when I reached out to corporate it was a nightmare. It's all about the money and who cares about the employees and children. Calling corporate is a waste of time and you just get yelled at

Nothing will make it better and I will never work for this company again

Parents do not realize how overworked and overwhelmed the teachers are. The directors make it seem like everything is great while their employees are drowning

They need to communicate better with their employees and when an employee has a question or concern they shouldn't feel like they are being brushed off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our pay checks do not reflect the amount of time and effort we put into our jobs. We are expected to work in an understaffed hostile work environment for very little money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is favoritism and certain teachers get away with things that others would get written up for. Due to lack of leadership from directors some teachers believe they can be in control and belittle other employees
