What did you like most about the interview process?

It was a few questions basic requirements

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

considering the fact that out of the 19 employees only 1 is cpr certified so I can't complain too much that my salary is about the same as working drive through

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Our "director" blatantly refuses to buy cleaning products in a day care, or train us or tell us to clean toys that sick kids play with, compensate us fairly, administer medicine when needed and clean children regularly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Forney children academy needs an entire overhaul with people in place that want to make sure the children are taken care of rather than focusing on numbers and money that no one can figure out where its going, cause it aint coming to us or them kids.
