My experience working for Cadence wasn't the best. Very little pay for the amount of work the teachers do, while also having management that doesn't care about their teachers makes for a very toxic work environment. I would NEVER recommend working here.

There needs to be better communication between teachers.

How management addresses situations and how they treat their teachers needs to change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive about the company was being able to see the kids every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started minimum wage, then after being promoted to lead teacher I wasn't given a raise. There are teachers that have their degrees that are only getting paid minimum wage. It's completely wrong.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to learn to be professional in handling tough situations. If any issues arise, belittling and degrading the teachers in front of the kids and other teachers in the room isn't the way to go. They preach professionalism and respect, yet don't act on it themselves.
