My director is rude and so are employees. My employees are either really rude and always yelling at kids or dont do anything in the class and some even sit of their phones during class.

Just my lead teacher in my class room and the kids i work with on a daily
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being so rude to their employees. She was very rude to me since thr first week of my starting there and ive been there for almost 6 months now
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People need to ask questions and also again jot be rude while asking. And have constructive criticism not get mad and argue with them when they dont like something thr other person does
