What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Support, actual regard for what is done in the classroom, and follow through to n ordered products. Set up of purchased products and actual material to do creative expression artwork
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have no interaction or creative development to fuel the energy and excitement to teach. Brainstorming, age based teams to help create and plan lessons and activities. We are worn thin and need the napiration
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To actually hold the position I was promised. To have equipment that is sitting around installed and functional, and to have a daily appearance of office staff to make sure things are running In the room by the schedule and lesson planned activites
What makes you most happy at work?
The confidence to know in a chaotic and stressful situation I tuck my head inside my room and do my job. Interacting with the children and support from our cook and teachers. I love children, just want the school I envision in my head to be the school i go to everyday
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was grandfathered in and paid for. I was asked to stay with a raise from a regional director who stepped down. I see how we accept people and there really is no expectation except a body to fill a spot. We give the hours wanted and void out the veteran teachers and what they have earned
