Some departments have great people and culture, others are lacking. Overall company culture and process is weak and doesn't match the strengths of the departments. Business needs to adapt process as some in positions just haven't adapted to the growing business.

Company? Nothing really. Department? A lot.

Some of them are cool, I am not really in a position to understand the full impacts of leadership on the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great. People are doing their best to make the company better, are easy to talk to and are just good people. The culture in my department is awesome.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While department culture is strong the overall business culture seems weak and disorganized. Many requests come through last second. Lots of higher ups have a small business mindset and need to adapt to the fact that we're more of a medium-sized business. Process and culture should reflect that.
