Always have each others back and are there to help us run the store efficiently .

stop overworking us with no appreciation or raises. Demanding helping other stores like our job depends on it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers are underpaid for how much responsibility they have. Don't claim no one is able to get raises for a year when other managers get raises.
