I am relatively new, and any time I feel I can take on more, I am given a new task that is explained to me in detail. They wait patiently for me to master that task, helping me as needed. I feel like my contribution is valued, but I don't necessarily love my tasks. That's just how it is.

I love the flexibility that I have to balance my work and family. I can work from home when I need to and adjust my hours when I have family commitments.

Getting my email cleared out, knowing everything I was supposed to do that day is done.

I feel like my wages could be more competitive with the amount of inflation we have seen.

I like dealing with new challenges. I get tired of some of the things I deal with day in and day out.
