My team. My team is the foundation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The foundation for the workers is positive energy and having fun. Cafe Rio requires fun and i love that requirement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show interest in me as a person as well as me as an employee of the company. They also do their best to make work fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like because our stores are so understaffed, employees are bot being paid enough as compensation for taking on extra work and just doing the best they can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team knows how to have fun at work and just have a good laugh and so its nice coming into work and not feeling like im just here to make ends meet.
