Most of it has been good and fun. I have learned a lot as well, however some of the programs are not always fair and reason is not heard when necessary.

They try to help accomodate if necessary where they can.

They gossip a lot and can cause problems by not wanting to work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Cafe Rio values and training program are amazing and welcoming. I love them.
What makes you most happy at work?
When it is an easier day but we are not short staffed or over staffed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many ideas I have given or others have given have been disregarded. Mistakes are not always taken lightly. We are only human too.
