Overall this place has taught me almost everything i know about the kitchen and it is just a fantastic time, not everyday is a good day but i appreciate the efforts that our GM as well as our current leaders put into making sure that we are happy and reminding us that we do not have to be doing this

The environment that my manger has set and makes us feel needed.

That majority of the time even when someone is having a bad day we provide comfort and a breather for a few mins
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because we have a lower volume store and do not receive enough recognition despite the efforts we put together as a team.
