Ellen (CEO) is experienced and focused, and she demands that focus and realism from her exec team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is detached from the reality of our products' competitiveness, and as a result, are very slow to realize and respond to issues.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is really about senior management. There's a real lack of understanding how things work in the market and how our offering works in practice vs. on a slide in executive review.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work load balancing. Too much thrash, chasing too many opportunities with too few resources. People burn out and leave, and the workload increases on the people remaining without being able to successfully backfill or train new employees.
