Overall has been very good. People are nice to work with and try to get us to know the ins and outs pretty quickly--there isn't a sink or swim approach, it's more like trying make everyone successful. Input is appreciated and counts.

My team really cares about getting things right and getting input from everyone. Even though people are focused on their tasks, they are no siloed. They try to understand everyone's perspective and come to a workable solution for everyone.
