I feel incredibly lucky to be working at Carbon and really excited for what the future holds whether I stay in my current role or move across teams to get my hands involved in other projects/teams.

I really like working with my coworkers, solving problems and getting to work hands on with interesting products.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid well for my position and I like that my team has a group bonus structure.

I like that they engage with the employees at large and answer questions directly as well as maintain relationships with individuals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly supportive and collaborative while also helping each other learn and advance all of our projects and goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy how friendly everyone is at work and how easy it is to reach out to people for help cross-functionally. Also, I think that work-life balance is a priority and people take time for themselves and their families and normalize this behavior.
