Overall, I have had a positive experience at the company. Recently, I see us struggling to figure out who we are and what we do as a company which has REALLY hurt moral and overall productivity. I do have faith that we can get through this and come out stronger on the other side.

Great! I love working at Carbon. I do think that we still have a long way to go in terms of organization. However, I think we are making the necessary steps to get there.

Openness and collaboration within the engineering organization especially.

Depth of knowledge. We have a lot of very smart, hardworking people.

Transparency. I appreciate the high level of transparency I feel that our leadership team has with the entirety of the company.

Teamwork and willingness to help others. Best part about my team is that they are extremely smart and focused AND willing to take time to teach other and work with others to get the best result.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To clarify, I think that the recent changes to the executive team have been hugely beneficial to the company. Previously we were overcommitting and didn't have a clear path. I think we are getting back on a track and the leadership team has started to share that more broadly.
